What excites you about your role at AETH?

The opportunity to positively impact the lives of Hispanic leaders and communities. AETH provides a unique space to promote contextualized theological education, which I consider essential for empowering leaders in their ministerial calling. Collaborating with other committed leaders, sharing knowledge, and strengthening the development of churches and communities is a deeply enriching experience.

In his spare time...

Yajaira enjoys spending quality time with her family, especially her husband, Pastor Ángel Ruiz, and her daughter. When she has the chance, Yajaira loves exploring nature, as it reminds her of the greatness of God’s creation, and traveling, especially to places where she can learn about other cultures and contribute to the growth of diverse communities.

A person who inspires you...

Deeply is her mother, who taught her the importance of faith, hard work, and dedication to family. Her mother was not only an example of resilience during challenging times but also of compassion and service to others, values that Yajaira applies in her personal and ministerial life.
