This program aims to strengthen the administrative and management capacity of Bible institutes. It supports them in developing a strategic plan, establishing financial policies, and reviewing their curriculum offerings based on their mission statements as needed. The program also promotes healthy and well-informed boards of directors and instructors to guide the institutes toward certification.

How do we do it?
AETH and its partner organizations will conduct training sessions for directors and instructors of Bible institutes. This project will be implemented over five years, offering Bible institutes the opportunity to apply for grants.The program includes activities focused on pedagogies and assessment methods used to develop critical thinking, leadership, administration, and organizational competency.

Requirements:
- Must be an active member of AETH New Member
- Must have an established and functioning Board of Directors.
- Minimum of 40 students enrolled at the time of application.
- Must be a registered organization doing business in the United States or Puerto Rico.
- Must have a record of service in theological education for at least two consecutive years.

Expected Outcomes:
- The Bible institutes who apply for Certification will satisfactorily complete the process within a short period of time.
- The administrative leadership course will help strengthen the management office of the Bible institute.
- The instructors course will provide the necessary tools to the teachers increasing their effectiveness in the classroom.
