Antioquia - Theological Reflection

What We Do

We create spaces for theological reflection in collaboration with leaders and institutions from the AETH network.

We foster interaction among leaders, pastors, educators, and scholars to generate new and contextualized knowledge for our Latino community.

We promote professional development, teacher training, spiritual and vocational discernment, and collaborative research.

How We Do It

We create spaces for deep theological reflection, both virtual and in-person.

We develop collaborative research environments for the creation of contextualized theological content.

Co-Create

Pastors and leaders who share their experiences to build contextualized theological knowledge.

Teachers and administrators of Bible Institutes who collaborate with pastors, leaders, and theologians in the formation of leaders.

Seminary students and professors who share and acquire knowledge through collaboration with the church and its leadership.

Antioquia Logo

"We train leaders to make an impact, strengthening communities with vision and commitment. Antioch is a comprehensive resource serving leadership in the Church and academia."

What We Hope For:

Results:

Growth: Participants experience extensive spiritual and intellectual growth, enriching their theological understanding and improving their ministerial practices.

Empowerment: Participants gain a sense of empowerment through the validation of their cultural and religious identity and the acquisition of new skills and knowledge to address community-specific needs

Renewed practices: Participants adopt renewed and culturally relevant theological practices, enhancing their ministry and community engagement.

Communities of Practice

The Communities of Practice are virtual spaces where our members share experiences, resources, and knowledge that enrich the educational and pastoral processes of those who participate. This space for dialogue and collective reflection fosters the development of new methodologies, the contextualization of theological education, and effective responses to contemporary challenges faced by the church and academia. In this way, the Communities of Practice contribute to a more holistic, relevant, and engaged formation, aligned with the transformative mission of the gospel, while cultivating a community where members support each other on their theological journey.
